Looking Out for Our Customers

My scheduled appointment for an oil change was actually scheduled for another date. When I found myself having to go to town for tests at the hospital the day before my scheduled maintenance appointment (I live an hour away), I went into the service department just on the off chance that they could see me that day instead of the next (hoping to save myself another trip). They were awesome and were able to take me right in and took care of my car.

Super friendly staff and great service. It was great to see the receptionist asking the waiting customers if we wanted any refreshments. Top notch.
Friendly Atmosphere
Everyone is always so friendly. Even when it’s 8 am. Tea and coffee were made promptly and offered to me and other customers. Everyone was chatty and greeting everyone. It shows that the people who work at Sydney Mazda enjoy working there! Very nice to see!
