My scheduled appointment for an oil change was actually scheduled for another date. When I found myself having to go to town for tests at the hospital the day before my scheduled maintenance appointment (I live an hour away), I went into the service department just on the off chance that they could see me that day instead of the next (hoping to save myself another trip). They were awesome and were able to take me right in and took care of my car.

Never Had An Issue
The staff are a big part of my brand loyalty. We never had issues with the Mazda CX5, one recall I believe in 7 or so years and 2 vehicles. No "surprise" moments. No pushy upselling maintenance wise. Great customer service. The cost (for regular maintenance) is very fair, and less than other...
