Friendly Atmosphere
Everyone is always so friendly. Even when it’s 8 am. Tea and coffee were made promptly and offered to me and other customers. Everyone was chatty and greeting everyone. It shows that the people who work at Sydney Mazda enjoy working there! Very nice to see!

Mazda Mel is amazing and made buying my new car easy and painless. I felt like I was chatting with a friend and she listened to what I wanted and the price I needed to be in and did not try to sell me mire than I needed. i would recommend going see Mada Mel for all your car needs.

I greatly value that the Mazda Service Department does not constantly try to upsell. Previous to my Mazda6, I was a loyal Toyota customer. Toyota lost my loyalty as a result of the constant upselling that occurred with each visit to their Service Department. Please continue doing what you are doing!
