Never Had An Issue

The staff are a big part of my brand loyalty. We never had issues with the Mazda CX5, one recall I believe in 7 or so years and 2 vehicles. No "surprise" moments.
No pushy upselling maintenance wise. Great customer service. The cost (for regular maintenance) is very fair, and less than other providers in many cases.
