I do wish you'd bring back taxi vouchers or implement a service shuttle. It's highly inconvenient to have to sit and wait for a vehicle when one should be at work. That said, I do want to take a moment to highlight Robb. He's always professional and helpful. He's probably the key reason why I continue to take my car here for service even though it's no longer under warranty.
