Pleasant And Painless Experience

Dealing with Sydney Mazda was a pleasant and painless experience. Melanie was absolutely wonderful: she was friendly, kind, responsive, and set clear expectations. I feel really fortunate that my car-buying experience was this smooth. When I first walked in the door, I had intended to drop by the VW dealership later in the day, but after talking with Melanie, I never even bothered.
The rest of the Sydney Mazda team were great too: I forget the front-desk person's name, but she was really nice and helpful and had me in with Melanie in no time even though I showed up unannounced. Sean was awesome. I really liked that he was quick and efficient but not rushing at all: he answered every question and allowed me the time to read through everything. Even the parts department (forget the name again; did not interact directly) were very quick with responses and corrected mistakes promptly (before I even noticed). Thanks Melanie and thanks to the whole Sydney Mazda Team!
