OUR RESPONSE TO THE CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

ATTENTION Clubhouse Members of Sydney Mazda.

Dear Clubhouse Members,

At Mazda, we put the Safety as our #1 Priority, not only with our Vehicles but also within our Dealership. The Safety of our Staff and Customers is paramount. We want to assure you that we are taking the COVID-19 threat very seriously and that we are taking every precaution to make sure that any interaction, Sales or Service, is as safe as possible.

Precautions we are currently taking:

Our entire building is cleaned thoroughly at the end of each business day.
Our staff are diligent in washing hands & sanitizing. We ask that our customers practice the same. Stations are available throughout the dealership.
We are offering FREE pickup and delivery of any customers wanting to service their vehicle.
Plus, we extend this offer to ANYONE, regardless of where you purchased your vehicle!
All vehicles coming in for Service will be sanitized upon arrival and before they are returned to our customers.
Our Professional Sales Reps will bring any New or Pre-Owned vehicle for you to TEST DRIVE!
YES, you can purchase or lease a new vehicle from your home!
Every New or Pre-Owned vehicle in our inventory has been sanitized and will continue to be after EVERY test drive or showing.
We would also like to inform you that we have conducted an internal interview with each employee to assess the risk. We would like to report that NO staff member or immediate member of their family has traveled outside of Canada recently.

With awareness and effort, we can reduce the risk of infection for everyone! As a responsible business operating in our Community, we feel obligated to do our part. Be Responsible! Be Aware! Be Safe!
