Mazda Introduces Suna Edition for Select 2024 Models

Mazda Canada has recently unveiled its plans to introduce a new special edition package called the Suna Edition for select Mazda vehicles. This unique package will be available for the upcoming 2024 models of the Mazda3 Sport, MX-30 EV, CX-30, and CX-5, offering owners a fresh and distinctive styling option.
The Suna Edition draws inspiration from the previously released Kuro Edition lineup, combining sportiness with an upscale touch. Just like the Kuro Edition models, the Suna Edition will feature gloss black exterior accents, including black metallic aluminum alloy wheels, side mirrors, and front grille. However, the Suna Edition stands apart with its exclusive Zircon Sand Metallic exterior paint color, giving it a distinct and eye-catching appearance.
Inside the cabin, the Suna Edition models boast a tasteful blend of materials and colours. The interior upholstery features terracotta with black suede inserts, complemented by terracotta stitching and gunmetal accents. This combination creates a timeless and sophisticated ambiance that resonates with modern car enthusiasts.
In terms of performance, the Mazda3 Sport, CX-30, and CX-5 Suna Edition models will be equipped with Mazda's Skyactiv-G 2.5 Turbo engine. Paired with a six-speed automatic transmission and standard i-Activ all-wheel drive, this powertrain delivers an engaging driving experience. With premium 93 octane fuel, it produces an impressive 256 horsepower and 320 lb-ft of torque, while on regular 87 octane fuel, it offers 227 horsepower and 310 lb-ft of torque.
Pricing details and specific features for the new Suna Edition models will be disclosed closer to the launch of the respective 2024 Mazda vehicles. These models are expected to appeal to car enthusiasts who appreciate Mazda's commitment to blending performance, style, and driving pleasure.
