My scheduled appointment for an oil change was actually scheduled for another date. When I found myself having to go to town for tests at the hospital the day before my scheduled maintenance appointment (I live an hour away), I went into the service department just on the off chance that they could see me that day instead of the next (hoping to save myself another trip). They were awesome and were able to take me right in and took care of my car.

Staff Always Fantastic
The staff who manage the bookings and reach out to me are always fantastic and greatly appreciated. I will likely forever be a Mazda customer. Sydney Mazda staff and their vehicles have always treated me well and been totally reliable.
Above and Beyond
This is my 3rd vehicle I purchased from Jim Andrea, he went above and beyond for me..as of yet I haven't received my vehicle but it is in transit. I cannot wait to get in the driver's seat....vroom vroom.

I called on very short notice for an appointment as it became convenient for me and they were able to pleasantly fit me in. It was appreciated.
