Dedicated Service

I purchased my Mazda brand new in 2015. I noticed there was a little black plastic piece missing from my front bumper. I had mentioned it to Rob who I’m assuming is the Service Manager in Sydney. 2 years went by, and while I had my car in for an update and a couple of other things, Rob came out of his office with this black plastic part. He had said it’s been on his desk for 2 years. I was kind of blown away that he would remember the customer. I was very satisfied with his customer service!

Everything from Beverley on Phones, Colleen in Service, Rob as service manager and the techs that worked on my car performed their duties above and beyond. Very responsive approach. They do everything they can to help in a timely manner.

Of all the dealerships I've dealt with in the past, this one has been consistently a better experience. My experience with the service department is always good. Staff are friendly, appointments are on time, and the waiting area is very comfortable.
