Service That Makes a Difference

First, I need to tell a story! The last two years of my little family’s life have been put to the test. You might say we needed some service ourselves. It started with me taking a very bad head injury, my wife had to take care of me also during this time my 7-year-old got diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. I’ll make this short because there is much more to the story. She had been taking care of both of us and ended up having cancer, so I had to leave to go back away to work this winter because of the service I have always had at Sydney Mazda. I decided to buy my wife her first brand-new car: a Mazda CX-5!

The Finance Officer was also excellent and made things go quickly, while being thorough. Melanie was awesome to deal with. Very quick and easy, and I had my car the same day! She was very thorough with explaining all the features of the car.

I am so happy with the service Sydney Mazda gave me! The brakes went on my car after hours and they took me in the very next morning. I can’t go without a vehicle so I was impressed they had me zoom zooming again so quickly later the next day! Very friendly staff and easy to deal with!
