From my first visit to this dealership when I was shopping for a new vehicle, I have had a positive experience. The salesman was accommodating, but never pushy. He did his best to get what we were looking for in the specific vehicle that we choose. I greatly value that the Mazda Service Department does not constantly try to upsell. Previous to my Mazda6, I was a loyal Toyota customer. Toyota lost my loyalty as a result of the constant upselling that occurred with each visit to their Service Department. Please continue doing what you are doing!
